Bill Richardson: “It’s called diplomacy”
Today I got to hear New Mexico governor Bill Richardson speak about his aspirations to be president. He has lead quite a distinguished life of public service: he has also been the ambassador to the United Nations, and the US Secretary of Energy, as well as serving in the House of Representatives.
